Return & Refund Policy

Overview At IndigoGreen Farms & Cannabis Dispensaries, your satisfaction matters. Due to the regulated nature of cannabis products and applicable state laws, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
Cannabis Product Returns In compliance with state cannabis regulations, opened or used cannabis products cannot be returned. All sales of cannabis flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, and pre-rolls are final once the product has left our facility. We encourage customers to ask our team or chat with Indigo, our AI budtender, before purchasing if they have questions about a product.
Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if verified, offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion. Please retain all original packaging when contacting us about a defective item.
Non-Cannabis Items Non-cannabis accessories and merchandise (such as gear and glassware) may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive a return authorization before sending any items back.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled or dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been marked as fulfilled or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our contact page or call us directly.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Store credits are applied immediately to your account and can be used on your next order.
Delivery Issues If your delivery order does not arrive within the estimated window, or arrives with items missing, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly. IndigoGreen is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.
